Panorama Apartments

Located in Capitol Hill, this existing high rise apartment building was created to provide the height of luxury when constructed in 1965. Marble, terrazzo, oak and custom tile work are found in all 179 units, including four massive penthouses. Each unit has a private deck with unobstructed views of downtown Seattle, the lakes and the Cascades. Clark Design Group provided architectural and interior design services for this exciting restoration project.

The renovation of Panorama keys off the 60’s character of the building, preserving existing materials and adding more color and texture throughout the common spaces. Resurfacing the exterior pool deck, with fire pits and lounge and party spaces, created comfortable zones in the large overall area. Units received updated finishes and appliances and floor plans were opened up for today’s modern life style and to take advantage of the amazing views.
