Project details
Clark Design Group designed this mixed-use building located at a major gateway to the north end of downtown Seattle. The building takes advantage of its site’s unique geometry to create strong pedestrian connections between the Belltown and Queen Anne neighborhoods. Outdoor space is provided by balconies off individual units and a rooftop deck that takes advantage of stunning views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Sculpture Park.
The project includes 108 condominium units, 8 ground floor live/work units, 5,000 sf of ground floor retail space, and 293 stalls of below grade parking on three levels.
CDG provided architectural design, Master Use Permit and Building Permit documents, construction documents and construction administration services.
