Paceline

Paceline is located on the West side of Aurora Avenue North, just south of N 175th Street and Town Hall. The site includes two parcels totaling 1.41 acres and is zoned Town Center 2. It is currently occupied by an open-air nursery and a two-story apartment building, both of which will be demolished.

The project will include two, six-story residential buildings, oriented around an interior courtyard that offers private outdoor space for residents. Its 220 units include studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom units, as well as 16 lofted live/work units. A total of 207 parking spaces will be provided on 2 levels below grade. Indoor amenities, totaling 3, 479 sf, include a lobby, workout room, and two community rooms, one on the roof top deck and the other in a stand-alone building in the courtyard. The project’s adjacency to the bike trail offers unique recreational opportunities as well.
