The Crane

Project details

Located in Seattle’s evolving neighborhood of Interbay, this mixed use building sits on a 7,424 sq ft lot. The 7-story residential building will provide 37 units, a commercial office space, and surface parking for 19 vehicles.

In designing the building, it was important to celebrate its gateway corner and provide a pleasant,  neighborhood scale to 16th Avenue West. By incorporating human scaled elements, including a plaza on the ground floor, the pedestrian character of the area will be strengthened.

The scope of services provided by Clark Design Group includes schematic design, Master Use Permit, building permits, construction documents, and construction administration.
