Northgate Marriott Hotel

Clark Design Group is providing architectural design services for the new four-story hotel building located at 10733 Meridian Avenue. The project will consist of 140 guest rooms with two, below-grade levels of parking.

Located near the Northgate Mall with easy access to I-5 and a future light rail station, the project has been designed for compatibility with surrounding residential and commercial buildings. Scope of services includes concept design, Master Use Permit, SEPA applications, building permit and construction documents, and construction administration. Building design is in accordance with      Marriott Courtyard Design Standards and the City of Seattle’s Urban Design Guidelines.
