Clark Design Group provided architectural design services for The Icon, which is located in the International Special Review District at the northeast corner of South Jackson Street and Fourth Avenue South. The 22,245 sq ft parcel was previously occupied by a surface parking lot, just south of The Addison on Fourth Apartments, our rehabilitation project completed in 2013.
The new building is seven stories high with two levels of below-grade parking. Included within the structure are 120 residential units, 125 parking stalls. various building amenity and support spaces, and a new 10,500 sq ft Bartell Drugs store.
Scope of services included schematic design, Historic District Review Board approval, building permit and construction documents, and construction contract administration.
