Located at the intersection of Woodinville-Redmond Road and 128th Place NE, this site is 33,834 square feet and zoned Central Business District (Old Town). Currently undeveloped, the property is wooded, sloped and adjacent to single family homes, townhouses and commercial uses. The hotel building will be four stories above grade, with 102 guestrooms and 112 parking stalls, provided in a three-level, below-grade parking garage and along an exterior grade-level drive aisle. Marriott Hotel Franchise specifications and standards will be utilized.

Clark Design Group is providing a full range of design services for this project including: Feasibility and Concept Design; SEPA; Land Use Permits; Design Review; Construction and Interior Design Documents; and Construction Contract Administration.
