Project details
Clark Design Group designed this 230 unit site located in the new Martha Lake Urban Center. Altia meets new Snohomish County regulations developed to combat urban sprawl. With the goal of providing people-oriented living, the site includes through pedestrian pathways, a playground, dog park, parking located to reduce visual impact, and access to Martha Lake across the street.
Unit mix includes 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, along with 50 two-story townhomes. All feature modern, efficient and very livable floor plan. The project includes a residential clubhouse with a swimming pool, grilling patio, state-of-the-art fitness center and media lounges.
