Clark Design Group PLLC designed this multi-family project located in Lynnwood’s Urban Center Zone, which incorporates apartment buildings of varied sizes and geometries. Utilizing traditional architectural elements with modern materials and construction, this “Urban Block” configuration maximizes dwelling unit density, while optimizing open space and maintaining a pedestrian scale. Defined edges and courtyards, pedestrian linkages and interconnected open spaces reinforce the concept. Through-building lobbies and covered entries strengthen the connections.

A refined two-story recreation and leasing building is the focal point of the development and provides a variety of indoor and outdoor amenities.

CDG provided architectural design, permit and construction documents, construction administration and interior design services for Tivali.
